Bring it to the $tealer and they will take the serial number of the radio unit, and run that number on the computer ... and voila, your five digit code!

To enter code, leave ignition on 1st position for 45-60min. Then, enter code. Good luck.



Damn...I had to jump start the car tonight since I haven't driven it for 2 weeks. Anyway..I pulled out the manual and it said if the battery was recharged or jumped then I will need to put in the code for the audio head unit. I bought the car used and the previous owner didn't mention anything about the code for the audio and on board computer(he never uses it). Anyone have any idea to solve this??? Guess I will have to take it to the local Bmw dealer to get the code reprogram?? The car is still under warranty btw...
