Its ugly bottom line. Complexity never makes a car better My old E30 will out live anything BMW made after 91. Your one of those guys who does not change his own tires and waits on the side of the road like like a woman for a tow truck. Look what gimmicks have done for the hamburger its smaller and less tastey

Too many gimmicks, too much complexity, and ugly looks. The E36 3 series is looking like a high water for BMW. The E46 3 series and the new 7 series seems to be steps in the wrong direction, at least to me.

GO BUY A 2002 - IF YOU WANT ANALOG AND NOT DIGITAL. I just returned from Miami, E65 intro - drive session, The new 745 ROCKS, corners FLAT, stops as well as the best M car. No whining allowed.
