It always pops up! They must pay a lot for advertising or hack into every site on the web. Pop ups are annoying generally. As to e-bay, there's nothing wrong with advertising your product but don't have the exact same product come up like 80 times on one search, you know? What's funny about Wheel Exchange is that no one seems to even bid on their stuff anyway. Shoving it in people's faces isn't gonna help.
