Well, if tis a new car and it had that much damage (not a door ding) you would take it to a new car body shop. The body damage legally should be disclosed or they wouyld be subject to a major lawsuit.


They would just dump it down a black hole that returns all of their money for the car?

I don't understand...I don't really fault them for it...I mean if a ding happens on the car...(of course the case I was talking about was pretty extreme)...what should they do with the car? Hell what should they have done with that car? It wasn't (really) totalled(i wouldn't want to buy it) so they couldn't just sell it for scrap.
