Should my insurance pay? (archive)

Friday through Saturday we had winds that reached 70mph and higher here in Northern Colorado. My car being at work and then driving home and going out Friday night as well as in the driveway all day Saturday took a ton of paint abuse on the front half. I also live near a bunch of construction so that made the blowing sand and dirt even worse. The paint on my hood left and right fenders as well as the paint on the front was pitted and scratched pretty bad. Is this something my insurance should cover? I am thinking it is similar to getting paint and dents taken out after a hail storm. My insurance company is State Farm.
