Can't help you with some of the requests, but we have a very active local group with meets and drives on a lot of weekends. Keep an eye on these boards and you'll see the posts. If you track the M3, Del Val BMWCCA has a driving school setup for Summit Point WV on April 13-15. From West Chester, you're already half way there.
