35k is amazingly low mileage for a 1995 M3, and if it is in the condition you say it's in, 18k+ would be a steal.

Just testing the waters here. My new M3 is sched for mid March production. Dealer offered squat for my car, service up to date, never wrecked, never raced, all original, cosmos black, newer Toyos, etc. Located in between Cinci, Dayton, Columbus Ohio
