I bought my wiring harness(http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Product_ID=6582&CATID=35) from partsexpress.com and the antenna adapter(http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/SCOVWAB) from sounddomain.com. Don't ask me why I chose 2 different places.

Also the harness doesn't just pull out of the back of the stock radio. You need to slide it sideways to unlock the harness.

Where can I buy a metra BMW wiring harness and a Scosche antenna adapter?
