I have a 98 Dakar 44K mi in great shape/new tires and a dealer has offered $23k for it in NorCal. Price also depends on how motivated the seller is as well.

Looking into a 98 M3 Coupe, Dakar Yellow with less than 30k miles.
Car is in excellent condition, only mods I know of are sway bars and short shifter.
What's a reasonable offer ? Cars located in South California.
