HELP ! lamda control #1 fault code (archive)

i have a '95, changed the oxygen sensor a couple of days ago. today, the check engine light flashed a couple of times, and my peake tool tells me it is the lambda control #1. the problem appears intermittant, as i could nto replicate it again this afternoon and it is now reading no fault codes.

the lamda control is not listed in the bentley manual, and an internet search has yielded little.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
