I've seen this error but there is very little information that I can find on how to fix it. Something is probably throwing the lambda values out of the normal ranges and the DME cannot compensate. Might be a high performance chip replacement, a leaky injector, a high resistance connector or wire, who knows. The later model diagnostics are somewhat more specific and tell you that limits have been reached. You might have to test the exhaust gases to see what's going on. If you find the solution, post it for the rest of us.
