i'm in the phila, pa area and looked for months before purchasing. i know three high end guys that actually go to auctions (real auctions - dealers only) and found that 18 -19k is the floor in this area for a 95. i paid 19k for a 95, 74k miles, all stock (a plus for me), no accidents or body work, in great shape. this was only $100 over the auction price. i'd say you made out OK.
