I got a grammatically poorly typed letter in the mail from what seems to be a bogus neighborhood address (I haven't looked for the address yet) accusing me of driving double the speed limit, on "numerous occassions" on "side streets" of my neighboor and "endangering children". And I have now been "marked". The letter was handwritten addressed with a horrible misspelling of my name (phonetically spelled).

What kind of bull$hit is this? I don't speed through my own neighborhood, much less double the speedlimit, through "sidestreets" or "numerous occassions".

Likely whoever they are perceived speed with the sound of my triflo. I have a return address in my neighborhood that doesn't appear correct and they cross referenced my license plate through DMV records to get my address.

The letter was not only insulting but threatening. What should I do? File a complaint?
