fabbing a lateral brace would be extremely easy, maybe that would reduce the tendency to vibrate on the diff carrier and I could keep my AA GenIII. The sound is great, but the vibration drives me nuts (old age setting in).

While following several M3s this weekend in S.F. I've noticed that our exhaust bangs around a lot, even under normal acceleration. I've seen this on both newer low milage M3s (96+) and higher milage 95s. Anybody else notice this? Do the M3 stock exhaust hangers give out erratically? Will installing new OEM hanger fix this or are there aftermarket units?
