Oil on spark plug and inside cylinder..Help?? (archive)

Today I did a compression test on my 95 M3. Results were great: 180, 179, 180,180,180,179. But when I took the spark plug out from the second cylinder, i noticed there was oil on the spark plug...huh??? So I looked inside and there was some oil there. What's the cause of this??? valve seal??? what's wrong??? should I worry about it?? any help??
