Audio: NEbody install HU with crutchfield adapter? (archive)

i am def not experienced with car audio installations but it seems that if i bought the crutchfield adapter i could get by pretty easily installing a new Head unit by myself. Is this harder then it looks? also if there is a tutorial out there or if someone wants to give me direction that wuold be great. thanks
