Congrads! You have experienced the same F*#kin frustration that almost EVERYONE with an E36 with a stock clutch has felt many times before. I am really not as cynical as this impression may seem. It's just that I feel like putting a bullet into BMW's tech meeting room. Then I remember just how much I love my BMW, and I forgive it. As far as solutions, try that super expensive Sachs heavy duty clutch kit. By the way, I am a nice guy, I just had to vent.
