i know that it is an austrian company, [im pretty sure] they make most of the wheels for most of the cars on the market, and i really doubt that anything besides the alpine [or pioneer] cd changer is made in china, maybe there are a few other electronic things that are made in asia, but the machanical parts i really doubt are made there.
: This may sound crazy, but one of my collegues told me that the new M5 rims were made in Taiwan. I told him he was crazy. Perhaps replicas are made in Taiwan.
: Off topic, but I did notice that my BMW factory CD changer in my 2000 540 was made in China.
: Can anyone with a M5 verify that the rims are indeed made in Germany?
: I hope BMW is not starting to cut corners. Thanks.
