I don't have a record of the part number, but $32 sounds right for the the Alcantara UGDO piece. The cheaper ones are either sand or gray and fit regular 5 series cars. My dealer couldn't find the right part initially and tried to sell me the cheaper gray piece. I ended up getting the right one from Pacific BMW. Make sure they understand it is for an M5. The sunroof and microphone cutouts are in the same spot.
