There are a number of M5's available in the $80-$90k range, but has anyone actually paid or heard of anyone paying this much? Getting ready to start my hunt and just wondering what the market is holding for cars not sold from a dealer new at MSRP. Thanks

I was quoted 79K out the door from a dealer. Paying 80-85k to get one now is not that bad. They are going as high as 95K (California). I ordered a 2001 (due October) for 78K. I have to get it from Philadelphia to Dallas (approx $750) and pay sales tax.

I am paying sticker + $1500 to get the car from New York to California.
