Just purchased an M5 for just over $100 000 CDN. I then had a joint conversion done by AC Schnitzer and Alpina. The end cost was about $200 000 CDN. We had the whole engine overhauled. The M5 engine was replaced with a 7.3 litre engine, putting out just over 500 hp. 20" low profile Bridgestone Potenza replaced the standard 18". We also fitted the M5 with Porsche Ceramic Brakes.We lowered the car and placed a sway bar in it. Also we have Stage 3 racing suspension added. The car was then debadged and reupholstered. We took it to a local track, and took a Diablo SV off the line, clocking us at 3.7 sec. 0-60 mph. We alos outbraked a Ducati 916. So I challenge anyone out there to beat that!
