I'm very excited to say that I've got an hour and a half behind the wheel of a 2000 Black on Black M5 on Monday over lunch.

So, any tips on test driving? Anything to look out for on the (relatively) new car?

See if the tire check thingy is working. Mine won't seem to come on.

And consider your current trade in value and the fact that you won't have gaz guzzler when looking at the price. HOWEVER, if they aren't a BMW dealer than I assume that it isn't CPO so that price is out of whack no matter how you look at it unless you're in the vallery :')

As far as test drive tips, all I can say is the test drive I did today on a Y2K model is that the straightaways are not as long as they first appear :')
