for engines in the same family, but I seriously doubt that a block that basically started life as a 4.4L could be safely be bumped up to 7.3L. I would imagine the bores are placed too close together and the stroke could not be lenthened that much. Also, if it were possible, I would hope for more than a 100HP increase.
