Notwithstanding any of the merits of the dispute that you apparently think that we are having
with this guy on the list, I wanted to take a second and say good job on
your response. The great vice of e-mail is the cloak of anonymity that some
people feel allows them to act in a manner which they would otherwise not
adopt. Taking a "supposed" dispute to the list in mid-stream is tacky, and you
are to be commended for your reserved and thoughtful response. It is doubtful that we will ever to do business with you and seeing as you believe that RPM is "much better," this is perhaps best for both of us.
