It may not be BMW but your dealer who F**ked you over. They tell you that the selling price is one thing but the financing price can turn into something much, much higher. Like you paid way more than MSRP. I don't know how the booty is split up between BMW NA and the dealer. But I bet the dealer gets a lot of it, they are the ones "making the sale".
