Ah, so this is a 500HP *supercharged* application? I'll assume you are going to use an intercooler and have a supercharger in mind which can flow the necessary air for your application; they certainly exist. I had to make a few assumptions to run this simulation:

3.5 liter engine
8.0:1 compression ratio
7,500 Redline
500 BHP @ 7,400 RPM
440 lb/ft torque @ 4,500 RPM
Stock M3 gearing

Conclusion:
My boy, you'll need more rear end traction. With excellent street tires (255/40-17) on the rear, you'd get:
0-60 in 3.86
1/4 in 12.0 @ 120.2 (!)

With drag radials (and a driveline which can take them) you get:
0-60 in 3.08 (!)
1/4 in 11.5 @ 119.8

Conclusion: Using street tires, this setup would walk away from a Z06 in the 0-60 and extend the lead as speeds increased. You'd even pose a serious challenge to my (by then BPU) Viper.

Conclusion(2): I want to take it for a spin when you're finished!

Cheers,
Ben
