I'm accompanying my father to pick up an M5 this summer in Munich, and we had a question that our sales rep couldn't answer that maybe you could. When you picked up your car, was the GPS working? Or, does the CD it comes with only work in the country where the car is going to be located?

Yes, it did work, and the guy at the delivery center was cool enough to give me the CD for Germany for free. It worked terrific. It was precise and fairly quick, and it made a big difference in the enjoyment level of my trip. If you've ever driven in Europe, where no block is square and there are countless little villages, you'll know what I mean.
