They owe you the Nav CD - but the car isn't delivered with it. It can take a long time to come in the mail - my salesman gave me the one out of his 740!

The reason the tools are missing is - you don't have a spare tire, therefore you don't need a lug wrench or jack. How freakin' stupid is that? But that's the explanation - it is normal.
