-Euro M5 gets full floating brake rotors for better stopping power. They are also light weight aluminum instead of the heavy steel like the US gets.

It's correct that the Euro M5 has rotors that "float" on guide pins. However, they are not made of aluminum! Rotors are either iron (typical) or stainless steel (Porsche & a few other makes). The only exception is the new carbon rotors which are optional on the 911 Turbo and ceramic rotors on a high end Mercedes.

Aluminum rotors wouldn't survive very long.

-comfort close - the windows & sunroof can be closed from outside the car.

This would be a very nice option to have! It's probably programmed in the car's software. I wonder if a USA dealer could be convinced to enable this setting when programming the key memory? Probably not. In fact, BMW probably disables that option in the USA dealer's software package.

I wonder if any of the aftermarket chip programmers will ever figure out how to activate comfort close?

-wide angle and auto dimming side view mirrors.

I thought my side mirrors were auto dimming!
