My brother BimmerBoy got his soon to be replaced 540i at F&S BMW in the Bronx. I went with him one time and they performed routine maintainance, change 4 door seals, and the radio all within 1 hour. In fact it took us longer to finish breakfast at the diner across the street. They're not large but they do good work.

I also remember a pretty negative experience with BMW of Manhattan. They seemed snooty and stuck up to me too.
