differences are cosmetic:

newer front lights (the "eyes")/ newer rear reflectors

gagues have grey background instead of black

16:9 type nav screen- but underlying system is the same

newer steering wheel

differences that are somewhat functional:

no more rear cup holders- something else like a storage bin is there now

Park Distance Control is now possible for the front of the car


price

should be the same as MY00

top speed
electronically limited to 155. if you remove the limiter you might see around 180-190 but I remember reading that someone destroyed their engine this way. bottom line: dont second guess the engineers of BMW. 155 is fast enough!
