Same here. My friend just bought a 996tt last week. I drove it day and night and it is reasonably comfortable but not as much as the E55 or M5. But to be fair, it also handles much better and ride quality and quietness were probably not as much the priorities in designing it than the two sedans. As a pure sports car, it is acceptable as an everyday car, especially if one gets the tiptronic. I have never driven the 360, but sat in it, so I wouldn't know its ride quality or noise levels.

In the end, the E55 and the M5 are great everyday cars, with the E55 getting my nod due to it being automatic.

The 996TT and the 360 are both superior in performance and are great weekend cars to have fun in.
