would have some more class. I completely disrespect M5 owners now. It is people like you that give BMW such a bad name. If any of you have read the article, it even said that BMW would threaten M5 owners the extermination of their service and warranty?
That is just absurd. If you cant live up to the name that you proclaim, then stop advertising that the M5 is the fastest saloon. It doesnt matter if it is a Subaru or a Mazda.

Ranting based on one test. In case you have not noticed, this was a single acceleration test. Not, a test of top speed or, the various speed runs used by more reputable magazines. I find your facts dubious at best without more information.
The fact that some of you M5 owners are making fun of Subarus by saying that it is not a classy car or what not, are proving that you are just stuck up, arrogant people.
You want to judge an entire group of people based on the views of a few? Who is being arrogant?
My goodness, have some class people!
Suggest you do the same
There will always be a faster car out there! Yes, there will. There are already. But, the M5 is built for use throughout the world. Many of these vehicles cannot pass for worldwide use.
You M5 owners have this attitude where you think you own the fastest and classiest car.
No, we just like our cars alot! It does everything we ask of it, which is more than most.
GET OVER IT! Get over yourself. We did not come to you with this. you came to us.
I will be taking delivery of a '01 360 Modena in a couple weeks and I do not even look down on people. Not possible anyway, considering your proximity to the pavement and the gutter! The only claim that this article is making is that Subaru has come out with a saloon which is quicker than the M5. Prove it with full testing, then I'll pay homage. Until then, it's just so much B.S. SO WHAT?? Have some class and admit it. Class entails keeping one's mouth shut in an argument with little facts. Perhaps this is a better suggestion for you!
I can't believe that BMW would be so low class as to threaten M5 owners! BMW did what it thought was in the best interest for it's owner's. I don't plan now or ever to start telling it's corporate heads how to operate their company. I will however make suggestions as a consumer, as to those features I would like on their vehicles and improvements for their customer service departments. I have never owned a BMW for a luxury car, and after reading these kind of posts, I AM GLAD I HAVE STUCK WITH MERCEDES. I will never even look at BMW again. Obviously, this means yoiur simply on this board to spout your own views about a vehicle you want nothing to do with. Does anybody else see something funny here?
I've been Mercedes dealerships. Speaking of arrogant. One gets the feeling you must bow and scrape the floor in front of the salesman, just to get them to show you their lineup. I was under the distinct impression I did not rise to their expectations as a Mercedes owner. Not enough drug money I guess. Try Star Motors (Mercedes)here in Ft. Lauderdale if you truly wish to be insulted.
They may be decent cars, but you people and the company's attitude is insulting and arrogant. Once again, the opinion of one never interested in the cars to begin with. Stick to your slush box and leave our board. Your an insulting instigator of a poor argument.
