Even though you can barely tell, I still want to have it fixed. It just bugs me. Does anyone know of a wheel shop that can repair it and have it match the other wheels? Does BMW offer a kit?

The best repair work I've had done came from Wheel Collision Center.

It's debatable, though, as to whether they'd be able to match the OEM finish. Supposedly that finish is not in fact chrome, but rather a coat of black paint with a dusting of silver over it. I'd be inclined to think that the quality of the 'match' would be hugely dependent on how much paint is put on.
