Check archives on other e39 board. Lojack drilled a hole in trunk lid of Nicole's brand new 540 by mistake. On top of that, she said the installation was poor. I think I would think twice about that one. Since your car has the coded driveaway protection, ie. chip in the key, it cannot be stolen unless towed. In this case you are dealing with pros who will know how to disable the lojack system.

Well I'm going to try this again. This time I would actually like info about the car (not comments from dildo's).I Need to know about the security systems and what can be done if my car is stolen. ( not how much your life savings is {Ya think?}aka. DILDO) please post any info that applies to my request. I currently own both and AK47 and a glock, but the question is about the car's security systems, not how many holes I will put in someone trying to steal in!
