Don't expect any significant changes. The cosmetics of the E39 were just tweeked in '01, and the M5 itself is only a year older. So it's a little too soon to worry about changes of any consequence now. Maybe the final model year in '03 will have some extras built into the base price.


Does anyone have an inside track on proposed changes with the 2002 model? Also, any idea which month 2002s will be arriving to dealers.

I am slated to get my car in May...maybe better to wait a couple of months and get the 2003.
