I am trying to figure if I can simply add Subwoofers (aftermarket) to achieve the same or better sound then the M stereo or are all the speakers, radio, power, etc. different then stock M5 stereo. I currently have a 540i (2001) with premium system which sounds good will the stock M5 stereo sound better than the premium 540i?

PLEASE HELP.
