I wonder why I never did have a good experience with bimmer dealership in the bay area. Bought a 2000 M5 from this John Whitlock (or whatever) guy. Not necessary a good deal since I pay 2001 money for a 2000 model. But that was my choice, no real reason to regret. After that, I was hoping to get certain level of response, like asking for M5 racing school info, questions about the tool kit in the car etc. I got almost zero response from this guy. Not even a single message or email.

Wonder why these car sales persons are always short sighted. Never thought about customers may come back one day or bring back another customer. I think our local burger shop has better services. Can't really blame why people stereotypes these car dealers.

Was the GM nice, was the facility ok. How would you rate the overall experience. Do you get the feeling he had an off day? What were you looking for that you did not get. And based on the how the other dealers in the bay area act, how did this one compare? On par or below?
