Help.All who have upgraded headlights from Bekkers (archive)

Bekker's is under the impression that their headlight upgrade packages for upgrading the '98-'00 headlights to the 2001 "Angle eye" headlight, is a simple plug and play system.
I have installed their headlight upgrade myself and found that the "Angle eyes" (Circles) around the headlights are not lighting up. The plug that is supposed to light these up has nothing to plug into.
Those of you that had to have someone wire these for you, or have wired them yourself, please let me know. There is supposed to be an adapter plug to plug (between) the "original" plug to the turn signal, and, the "new" plug for the new turn signal.
Bekker's is saying they have heard no complaints not been informed of any problems with their systems to date. I need to know if any of you have had trouble with these connections.
