Santa Monica BMW is the most atrocious dealership I have seen. I bought an M3 from them in 1996 and vowed to never again buy a car from them again after they were unable to fix a problem with my car after 4 visits.

I have had much better service from Sterling in Newport and purchased my M5 from them.


FYI-I had my M5 seviced @ Santa Monica BMW and they scratched my left front wheel. They said that they would take care of it and jerked me off untill finally telling me that they would not. There only reason was they said I bought the car from another dealership . This is complete Bull shit and there is no doubt that the scratched the wheel . They SUCK
