Did you know that in the past month or so SM BMW hired the well-respected Service Manager form Nick Alexander BMW in L.A.? What is curious is that Nick Alexander hired Santa Monica's former Service Manager. Sort of like a professional sports trade.

FYI-I had my M5 seviced @ Santa Monica BMW and they scratched my left front wheel. They said that they would take care of it and jerked me off untill finally telling me that they would not. There only reason was they said I bought the car from another dealership . This is complete Bull shit and there is no doubt that the scratched the wheel . They SUCK
