Write a note to BMW's Owners Circle, and explain to them (as I did) that SMBMW is a disgrace to the BMW name. Suggest that the only reasonable solution is to have their franchise revoked!


FYI-I had my M5 seviced @ Santa Monica BMW and they scratched my left front wheel. They said that they would take care of it and jerked me off untill finally telling me that they would not. There only reason was they said I bought the car from another dealership . This is complete Bull shit and there is no doubt that the scratched the wheel . They SUCK
