I had to give a "good" instead of an "excellent"
on my "satisfaction with the work performed". I gave
excellent on all other questions. The reason I gave
"good" was because the problem I took it in for wasn't
solved (came back within 1 week), so 1 week later I took it to another dealership and they solved the problem.
Admittedly, it was a VERY tough to find, intermittent noise
source that was the problem, but I couldn't rate them
excellent since they assured me they had fixed it, but
it came back 1 week later.
