and how much time it has spent in the sunlight. Should be alright if taken of in the first year.

To remove, heat it in direct sunlight or with a hairdryer and peel off. Use adhesive remover for any remaining glue.

Basicly if I order or do not order the deletion of the spoiler and want to remove it later I will be ok?
