It sounds like you want to "sell" your spot on the second car. As for your used M5 -- yes, it is now used -- how much of discount below MSRP were you willing to take?

There is no attitude problem here... I already have decided that I want to take delivery of my upcoming M5 personally. I have decided to sell the one I currently have. It is a 2001 Silverstone/Caramel color with ~700 miles on it.

I do understand that this can be considered a "used" car. What do you think is a good value for it? Be serious now... I am.
