I've heard nothing but positive feedback from the Dinan suspension but I haven't heard from anyone who has the Dinan rear. What exactly does the 3K but me?

How much did your Stage III system end up costing you including labor? Does this in any way violate the BMW warranty?

Do you know of anyone who has installed the Dinan 3.45 rear?

NO waranty problems what so ever. I am waiting for the 3.15 LSD and I know one guy who is the process of installing a 3.46 but with out LSD. email me if you ahve more questions.
