SUB idea - output wattage for fartory bass amp? (archive)

I'm thinking of doing a custom (HD Technic) version of the M5 enhanced base setup and using the factory amp with 2 SUPER efficient 10's or 8's..maybe even 12's (perhaps dual voice coil). Any idea as to the power output of factory bass amp???? (Premium sound with DSP). It looks like it would be quite easy to build the mounting "rings" out of mdf and some foam weather stripping. I'd basically stack a pear shaped and a donut shaped ring and screw the freeair woofer to the bottom...

Here's a crude drawing of what I'm thinking of doing.
