BMW dealers need to learn to treat people better. Same thing happened to me. I am 21, so right away people at Beverly Hills BMW didn't give me the time of day. In fact, no one helped me at all. So I went to an independent car broker and bought an Alpine White M5. I personally wrote the GSM at Beverly Hills a letter detailing my horrible experience and few pics of my new M5!
