There is no excuse for this to happen. It's obvious the tech got too big for his boots and f**ked up. The dealer should swallow the car/cost and provide that lady with a M! I hope she isn't getting the runaround from that dealership.
If anything, the dealer should be reported. Accidents do happen, but look at that picture!!
p.s. - nothing better than a gal who knows a real sports sedan (even though her hubby probably bought it for her).
