I totally missed what Jimmy was going for here. I have responded again below.
Most Lemon Laws require you to follow a set of rules for attempting to resolve a repair dispute. They are different for each state.
Pull out that little Lemon Law booklet most dealers give you when you buy the car and read through it. All the answers for your particular situation can be found there.
Also, contact BMWNA direct for their assistance.
I don't agree with what the gentleman wants to do, but it is his choice.
